I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Also, I am a Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider in the State of Mississippi. That means I can offer virtual counseling to you if you live ANYWHERE in the State of Mississippi.

I graduated from Ole Miss (University of Mississippi) in Oxford, Mississippi, Hotty Toddy! My Bachelors Degree is in Social Work and Masters in Counselor Education with emphasis on School Counseling & Community Mental Health.

I have been in the Mental Health Community since 2008, assisting all ages with various issues: depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, OCD, Autism related concerns, women’s issues, co-occurring disorders, trauma, career guidance, work-related struggles, academic related concerns, grief, & addiction.

I am committed to using evidence-based best practices, while helping to empower people in achieving their personal goals. I use an eclectic approach, which are all adaptable to improve therapeutic outcomes, with emphasis and training in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy), Gottman, and Sandtray/play type therapy techniques.

I provide counseling services to individuals, couples, marriage, family, children and adolescents.

Telehealth and in-person sessions are offered for Mississippi Residents. My office is located in Saltillo, Ms.
